We all had a great summer vacation in Florida. Kamryn did really well for her first big trip. With the exception of a stomach bug we all managed to pass around throughout the week, it was a flawless trip. The kids already can't wait to return!
This was one of our first nights out to eat. We had fresh seafood most everynight. One night, Matt even cooked fresh shrimp at the house... it was so good!

Makena just had to have these sunglasses once she realized she had to pass hers on to Kamryn!
For some reason this picture reminds me of the Beverly Hillbillies!
We had a fabulous time on the white shores of Sandestin Beach....as you can see the kids just loved it! They spent lots of time looking for crabs (& found tons), building sandcastles, & of course, just enjoying the ocean water. Honey and Pop went with us for the first few days. Then we talked Honey into staying when Pop had to return home for work. We couldn't have made it without her, or let's just say it wouldn't have been as fun!

Bathing Beauties!
We slathered the sunblock on Kamryn and did everything to keep that delicate fair skin from burning. We managed to do so and she even came home with a little color. But, as you can see, she just doesn't quite turn golden brown like the others.
