Welcome Home-Brad, Christal, & Jackson

Matt's youngest brother, Brad, his wife, Christal, & their son, Jackson finally moved back to the states. Brad & Christal married in Australia, her home country & have been living there ever since. Christal and I enjoyed our pregnancies (her 1st, my last) together over the phone. Jackson was born just 3 weeks after Kamryn. Although when you compare them in person, you'd think he was at least a couple months older.

They arrived the last week in February. Matt was able to take a couple days off work, pick them up from the airport, and spend some time with them before Brad had to head to Boston (their new home town) to find a house and get settled. In the meantime, Christal and Jackson stayed behind and were able to spend some good quality time with us and many other family members. We managed to squeeze in as much as we could while they were here.
They are now settling in to their new home just outside Boston, finally back together as a family! Welcome Home, guys! Thanks for sharing your time with us, sorry for the chaos at times, but it was worth it to us! Here's a glimpse of our time together....

This was the first morning after their arrival. Uncle Brad getting Jackson & Kamryn acquainted...
Brad, Jackson, & Christal
Makena, Kamryn, & Matt- enjoying our day with them, lots of laughs!...
Christal & I went shopping, had lunch, & to one of Hannah's Quiz Bowl matches for a girls' day out....
Brad & Matt enjoyed a boys' night out later....

Brad's stay was way too short, but we sure enjoyed seeing him!
We let the kids go to school late, so they could enjoy breakfast with him before he left....

My kids really enjoyed getting to know their new cousin. We did a lot of outdoor activities...
Jackson wasn't crazy about the trampoline, but Kamryn loved it- check out her hair!

Although you can't tell by this picture, Jackson loved Makena taking him for rides in her car...
Wagon rides galore!......
Love this picture....
Christal and I both getting a taste of what twins would be like- wow!
The kids didn't mind that it was getting chilly, they wanted to swing and swing and swing!
Wheeeee, Jackson!
This one gives you a good idea of their size difference!
There's Davis...
Don't you know they'll love this one someday!...
Yay, bathtime!Christal bought this dress for Kamryn for their picture session together...too cute!
Aawww! Jackson loving on Kamryn...
Kamryn says, "tit-tee" for kitty. Milo is so tolerant of her.
Another picture of them looking out back...too precious!

Thanks so much for a fabulous visit - those are some great photos of us all! I will have to get them from you - I loved the ones at the back door - they were so facinated by the cats outside I think they would have stayed like that for hours! There is a cat next door up here and Jackson follows it up and down the yard making "meeoowww" sounds. Have to chat soon - want to here about Chicago some more when you get a chance - maybe this week when your resting? Hope everything is o.k. love christal
